Display the chart containing the data you want to export. Make sure it is active.

If the chart is the Project Table, collapse or expand columns as required.

Data will be exported from only the columns that are showing.

If the chart is the Project Table or Resource Table and you want to export only certain rows, select those rows.

Select a row by clicking in the selection column (the first column in the table). You can Shift-click in the column to select more than one contiguous row or Command-click to select rows that are not contiguous. Selected rows are highlighted.

Important: If you do not select rows in the Project Table or Resource Table, every row will be exported, even ones that are not showing in the window. In the two cost tables, only visible rows are exported.
